1. Eligibility for Refund

At Nexic Web, we maintain a standard of uncompromising quality. Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our premium templates and design assets, refunds are only issued under highly specific, qualified conditions. Buyers must demonstrate that the product contains a critical structural or technical flaw that prevents its advertised usage.

2. Non-Refundable Items

To protect our intellectual property and maintain fairness, the following purchases are strictly non-refundable:

  • Downloaded Templates: Any digital template, UI kit, or asset file that has been successfully downloaded.
  • Custom Agency Work: Milestone payments for bespoke web design or development services that have already been executed and delivered.
  • Used Digital Assets: Products that have already been deployed onto a live server, modified, or integrated into a commercial project.
  • Change of Mind: Purchases made by mistake or situations where the buyer no longer needs the product after downloading.

3. Refund Process

If you believe your purchase meets our refund eligibility criteria, you must initiate a formal request. Our resolution process is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Contact our support team within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • Provide your order number, receipt, and detailed technical reasoning (including screenshots or logs) outlining why the product is defective.
  • Our engineering team will review the claim and attempt to resolve the issue within 3 to 7 business days. If the defect cannot be rectified, a full refund will be authorized.

4. Exceptions

We recognize that isolated system anomalies can occur. Nexic Web will automatically grant a full refund, circumventing the standard review process, in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate Payments: If our payment gateway accidentally charges you multiple times for a single transaction.
  • Complete File Corruption: If the provided download link yields an empty or fundamentally corrupted `.zip` archive, and our team cannot provide a working copy within 48 hours.

5. Chargebacks Policy

We view unauthorized chargebacks as a severe breach of trust. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider, without first attempting to resolve the issue through our official support channels, will result in immediate consequences.

Nexic Web reserves the right to permanently terminate your account, revoke all active product licenses, and block your IP address from future purchases across our network.
