3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our premium platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with global legal standards. You explicitly agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our platform infrastructure.
  • Utilize our products in a manner that violates our licensing agreements.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data.

4. Payment & Pricing

All purchases made through Nexic Web are securely processed via certified enterprise payment gateways. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our templates and services at any time; however, price changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

5. License & Usage Rights

Purchasing a template from Nexic Web grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product in accordance with the specific license tier purchased (e.g., Personal, Commercial, or Extended). Under no circumstances are you permitted to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates as standalone files.
  • Claim original ownership or authorship of our designs or source code.
  • Offer our products on third-party marketplaces or "UI kit" repositories.

6. Intellectual Property

All content presented on Nexic Web—including but not limited to typography, graphics, UI/UX designs, source code, branding, and copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of Nexic Web and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the irrevocable and digital nature of our premium templates and design assets, all sales are considered final. Refunds are only issued in extreme technical circumstances where a product is fundamentally broken and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexic Web and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our templates or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, server downtime, or business interruptions. You assume full responsibility for the implementation of our digital products.

9. Termination

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend or terminate your account, licensing rights, and access to Nexic Web services immediately, without prior notice or liability, should you breach any provision of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must destroy all downloaded materials in your possession.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
